针对目前峰谷时段划分缺乏理论依据的特点,结合机组的运行状况建立了发电成本—负荷函数,根据该函数在负荷点的突变特征合理划分峰谷时段,并计算峰谷时段的成本比,然后根据电价总水平不变的原则,制定了各个时段的电价。

To solve the problem that there is no theoretical support for dividing the peak and valley periods, the function of the power generation cost to the load is established in combination of the units＇operation. Based on the discontinuity of the function at some special loads, and combining the generatinn cost ratio of the peak period to that of the valley period, the electricity prices of different periods are determined according to the principle that the average price remains unchanged.
