摘要 成骨细胞在骨的生长、发育及形成过程中起重要作用,其分化受严格调控,通过多种信号途径实现对成骨细胞的定向分化。综述了G蛋白信号调节因子、BMP/Smads、MAPK、PI3-k以及细胞因子等信号通路在成骨细胞定向分化方面的研究进展。 Osteoblast plays an important role in bone growth, development, and formation. Osteoblast differentiation is controlled by a varity of signals pathways including G protein, BMP/Smads, MAPK, PI3-k pathways and many cytokines. Recently progress on how these signal transduction pathway regulate osteoblast differentiation is reviewed in this paper.
