激光诱发肿瘤荧光图像定位方法的研究进展

摘要 激光诱发肿瘤荧光图像定位方法是利用光敏剂在癌组织中的选择聚集性和受激发射荧光特性,通过实时检测荧光图像,可较为准确地识别恶变肿瘤组织的范围,能在肿瘤手术过程中对肿瘤图像进行实时显示,有效减小手术或其它治疗对患者重要器官的损伤;此外,在早期诊断癌症的过程中,这种方法可以引导组织活检,并为X射线检查提供辅助信息,对早期癌变组织进行诊断和定位。 The locating cancer by fluorescence image induced by laser makes use of the characteristics of photosensitizer, which are selected to collect in cancer and stimulated emission fluorescence by the laser, can recognize the zone of the malignant tumor accurately through real-time monitoring the fluorescence image. This method can be used during the procedure of the tumor surgery, which can implement the real-time display of cancer and efficiently reduce the damage to the patients' important organs by the surgery or other treatment. In addition, in the process of early cancer or precancer diagnosis, this method can help guide the clinical fine-needle biopsy, and it would be complementary to X-ray mammography and provide add-on information on early diagnosis and localization of cancer.
