摘要
研究快速区域物流通道的功能和作用,以及物流通道布局和改善区域物流时效的关系,以提高区域的物流时效性为目标建立了物流通道布局优化的方法和模型,其中考虑了无通行能力约束,和有通行能力约束两种情形,并在此基础上探讨了模型的求解算法。
The function and effect of regional corridors of material flow are investigated in this paper, and then the relationship between the layout of regional material corridors and the improvement of timing effect are studied, with the view to the conditions having or not having constraints of capacity. The bi-level planning model is applied to find an optimal layout of material corridors which objective is improving the total timing effect, and the algorithms are developed to obtain the optimal solutions.
