摘要
西安电信实业公司的核心业务主要是工程设计施工、酒店及物业管理、商品销售主业代购、虚拟运营和租赁。本文应用核心能力/战略杠杠综合分析模型,并应用AHP和综合分析矩阵等方法获得了五个主要核心业务的战略定位,并提出了相应的经营建议。
The core business of Xi＇an Telecom Enterprise are engineering design ＆ implementation, hotel and property management, procurement agent, virtual operation and renting. This paper concludes the strategy position of these five core businesses by applying a relative analytical model of core competence/strategy leverage, AHP and relative analytical matrix. And also, suggestions on business development are proposed based on it.
