In order to struggle for existence and development in keen market competition,An enterprise must exert patent strategy. In this paper the ways of patent strategy of enterprise is induced, the general plan is put forward,the present state of execution of patent strategy in enterprise in our country is described and the enterprise should draw up a kind of suitable patent strategy scientifically to promote competition.
