中国北方地区乙型肝炎病毒基因型分布的临床意义 被引量：7

摘要 近年发现,根据HBV DNA-S区的碱基不同,HBV的基因型可分为A～H 8个基因型,不同基因型在各地区的感染率各异,感染后临床表现及对药物治疗反应有区别,为深化研究乙型肝炎的流行、预防和治疗特点,对我院收治的北方地区慢性HBV感染者进行了HBV DNA基因型检测,结合被检测者的临床情况作简要分析,发现其中一些规律,报告如下.
