摘要
目的考察洛美沙星在碱性介质中的紫外光谱性质并建立测定盐酸洛美沙星胶囊含量的方法.方法利用盐酸洛关沙星在碱性条件下吸光度有明显变化,以NH3-NH4CI(pH 8.6)缓冲液为空白,用紫外分光光度法测定其含量.结果在波长282 nm处,有较强的紫外吸收且稳定.药物浓度在0.30~24μg/mL(r=0.9998)范围内符合朗伯比尔定律,检出限为0.15μg/mL(S/N=3),该方法平均回收率100.27%,RSD为0.59%,样品测定结果与HPLC法基本吻合.结论本法操作简便,结果准确,可用于制剂的快速检验.
Objective The property of lomefloxacin hydrochloride UV spectra in NH3 -NH4Cl (pH8.6) buffer solution was discussed and a ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of lomefloxacin hydrochloride in lomefloxacin hydrochloride capsules. Methods It was found that lomefloxacin UV absorption was enhanced in alkaline media and can be used to determinate the contents of lomefloxacin hydrochloride with ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The concentration of lomefloxacin hydrochloride in the range of 0. 30 -24 mg/mL(r =0, 9998)is in accordance with the Lambert - Beer Law. The detection limit is 0.15 mg/mL (S/N =3 ), the average recovery is 100.27% and the RSD is 0.59%. The results are consisted with results gotten by the HPLC. Conclusion The proposed method is simple and the results are reasonable. The method can be applied to determination of lomefloxacin hydrochloride in the lomefloxacin hydrochloride capsules.
