腹膜透析患者C-反应蛋白水平与贫血及营养不良的关系

Serum C-reactive protein level correlates with anemia and malnutrition in peritoneal dialysis patients

目的探讨腹膜透析患者C-反应蛋白水平与贫血及营养不良的关系。方法选择我院透析中心稳定的持续性不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)患者36例,检测其血C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(A lb)、转铁蛋白(TF)、三酰甘油(TG)及总胆固醇(Tch)。根据CRP水平分为升高组(CRP>10 mg/L)76例及正常组20例(CRP≤10 mg/L),分别观察CRP水平与Hb、A lb、TF之间的关系。结果升高组Hb、A lb、TF均低于正常组,两组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05),血CRP水平与Hb、A lb、TF呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论血CRP水平可反映腹膜透析患者贫血及营养状况。

Objective To investigate serum C-reactive protein （CRP） level and its correlation with anemia and malnutrition in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods This study included 36 clinically stable continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis （CAPD） patients who were followed-up in our dialysis center. The serum levels of CRP, hemoglobin （ Hb ） , albumin （Alb） , transferin （ TF ） , triglyceride （ TG ）, cholesterol （Tch） were determined. These patients were divided into elevated CRP group （CRP 〉 10 mg/L） and normal CRP group （ CRP ≤ 10 mg/L）. The associations between CRP and hemoglobin, albumin, transferin were analyzed respectively. Results Hb, Alb and TF concentration in elevated CRP group were lower than that in normal CRP group significantly （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. There were negative relationship between CRP and hemoglobin, albumin, transferin （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Blood CRP can reflect anemia and nutritional status in peritoneal dialysis patients.
