摘要 以酱瓜为材料,比较两种分离检测苏丹红方法的优与劣。实验结果表明:国标法不能回收检测出标样苏丹红3号,欧盟法可以较好地回收检测出标样苏丹红3号的含量。 In this study, two methods of analyzing sudan colorants were compared. The results showed that test standard of China can not test sudan Ⅲ, but test standard of European Commission can better test sudan Ⅲ.
