摘要
综述了近十年来国内对食品、水中微量碘的测定方法、反应条件及其应用,并对今后的发展提出了展望。
A review of recent progress of iedic determination in food, including the valency and species analysis of iedic, conditions of iedic reaction and its application, was presented coveting years from 1994 to 2004.
