右室梗塞的多普勒左右室射血力研究 被引量:1

摘要 作者根据牛顿第二定律的质量加速度概念,引用Isaaz等提出的左室射血力(F)数学模型,即F=p×CSA×VTI×MA,测定右室射血力,并同时测定主、肺动脉瓣最大血流速度和平均加速度。研究对象为35例正常对照组和28例右室梗塞组。仪器为Acllson-128xp_(10)彩色多普勒声像仪。结果在对照组中右室射血力明显低于左室射血力,原因可能为支气管循环所致。右室梗塞组的右室射血力、肺动脉瓣最大血流速度和平均加速度明显低于对照组,表明右室射血力这一新指标能反映右室收缩功能的变化。右室梗塞组的左室射血力亦明显低于对照组,表明右室梗塞除能影响右室收缩功能外,尚影响左室收缩功能。 In order to reflect more accurately the right ventricular systolic function, we measured the right ventricular ejection force, the aortic and pulmonary peak blood velocity and at the same time the mean acceleration, utilizing the mathematical model of left ventricular ejection force. Thirty five normal control subjects and 28 patients with right ventricular myocardial infarction were tested. The results showed that the right ventrieular ejection force was obviously lower than that of the left in the control group, these results could be attributed to the bronchial circulation. In the patient group the right ventrieular ejection force, the pulmonary peak blood velocity and the mean acceleration were remarkably lower than in the control group. Thus, these findings suggest that the right ventricular ejection force is a now index that can reflect the changes of the right ventrieular systolic function. The left ventricular ejection force in the patient group was obviously lower than in the control group, indicating that the left as well as the right ventricular systolic function can be influenced by the right ventricular myocardial infarction.
