There is a close relation between quality of farm products and humanhealth.Quality of farm Products mainly depend on the genetie factors andenvironmental condition(factors).Under a certain conditions of Climate and CropSpecies, There are greater effect of soil nutrient level on farm produets quality. Ac-cording to previous and authors data,this paper review some aspects on the effect offertilization on farm produets quality.
