摘要 由于旅游企业具有突出的服务特征,旅游企业之间的竞争最终表现为人才竞争和人力资源管理的竞争。本文对国际著名的旅游/接待业刊物近5年(2000-2004)发表的旅游业人力资源管理方面的138篇论文进行分类,对各个类别的研究进展进行评述,为国内相关研究提供有益借鉴。 Tourism enterprises show an explicitly clear characteristic of service. Therefore, competition among tourism enterprises is ultimately expressed by competition of talents and human resource management. The author selected 4 internationally famous tourism and hospitality journals, sorted the 138 papers on tourism human resource management subscribed in them in the past five years into 9 categories, and reviewed the advances of each category so to provide some helpful references for related research in China.
