摘要
不锈钢普遍采用HNO3/HF混酸酸洗,混酸循环罐属于冷轧厂退火酸洗线的关键工艺设备,一旦腐蚀泄漏,将造成机组停产,严重时会造成环境污染事故。本文对不同材质酸罐的结构进行了详细比较,分析了渗漏原因,提出了正确使用方法,对延长酸罐使用寿命有重要意义。
Mixed acid circulation tank, the technological equipment of the kind critical to APL in Cold Rolling Mill because the picking process with HNO3/HF mixed acid is widely adopted in stainless steel production , may cause the line shut down or even the accident to contaminate environment if it leaks.This article is therefore written on the basis of comparisons done on the tank built with different types of construction material, in which the correct method in operation of acid tank is specified by investigating and illustrating the leaking possibilities, which is of great significance in improvement of the service life of acid tank.
