摘要
目的:观察不同浓度十二烷基硫酸钠(sod ium dodecyl su lfate,SDS)对人牙周膜细胞(perio-dontal ligam ent cell,PDLC)活性的影响,探讨牙膏中存在的去垢成分SDS是否对人体健康存在着潜在危害。方法:采用细胞培养技术及四唑盐(MTT)比色方法,检测加入SDS后与对照组比较细胞活性的变化。结果:PDLC在加入100μg/mL SDS后,细胞活性与正常组比较已明显降低,在SDS浓度≥200μg/mL时PDLC已全部死亡。SDS浓度≤25μg/mL对PDLC生长无明显影响。结论:SDS在低浓度时即对PDLC有明显的细胞毒作用。
AIM :To observe the effect of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) on the activity of human periodontal ligament cells (PDLC) ill different concentrations. METHODS:The cell euhure technique and MTT method were used to observe the effect of SDS on tile activity of PDLC. RESULTS:Comparing with the control group,the activity of PDLC has greatly decreased after adding 100 μg/mL SDS, When the concentrations of SDS add up to 200 μg/mL,all PDLC died, But when SDS's concentrations are less than 25μg/mL it has no inhibiturv effect on PDLC's activity, CONCLUSION: These results indicated that even in lower concentrations of SDS ean inhibit the activity of PDLC in vitro.
