摘要 目的:探讨B IO-OSS骨粉促进根尖周手术骨缺损修复的临床效果。方法:选取120例根尖周刮治术的患者随机分为2组:实验组65例,术后使用B IO-OSS骨粉充填骨腔;对照组55例,术后不用骨粉充填骨腔。术后3、6、12个月观察比较两组的愈合情况。结果:实验组12个月的总成功率(92.3%)略高于对照组(80%);但3、6个月的成功率实验组(78.4%)明显高于对照组(27.2%)。结论:B IO-OSS骨粉能明显缩短术后骨缺损的愈合时间,有重要的临床意义。 AIM:To discuss the clinical effect of BIO - OSS bone dust to the periapical bone defect after periapical curettage. METHODS: 120 periapical curettage cases were divided into two groups randomly. 65 cases received therapy of the BIO -OSS bone dust implant. The eontrol group (55cases) received periapical curretage only. The differences of periapical healing between two groups at 3,6,12 months following therapy were observed. RESULTS:At 1 year after therapy, the successful rate of the test group (92. 3% ) was sligh higher than that of the control group (80%). At 3 and 6 months, successful rate of the test group(78.4% ) was significantly higher than that of the control one (27.2%). CONCLUSION :The BIO -OSS bone dust could significantly shorten the healing time after the periapical curettage,and could elevate the successful rate. which indicates evident clinical benefit.
