e-PTFE膜管内自体许旺细胞种植促进面神经再生的实验研究

摘要 目的:观察e-PTFE再生室内植入自体许旺细胞促进面神经再生的效果。方法:选用纯种新西兰白兔48只,随机平均分为实验组和对照组。实验组建立面神经缺损模型,用e-PTFE桥连接缺损,并在再生室内注入自体许旺细胞;对照组单纯用e-PTFE桥连接,比较两组神经再生的效果。结果:实验组神经再生效果良好,可见明显的神经再生,各时期神经传导速度大于对照组。结论:e-PTFE再生室结合自体许旺细胞种植可明显促进面神经再生,其神经再生速度及质量好于单纯神经再生室。 Objective: To observe the effect of Schwarm cell autotransplant on facial nerve regeneration in the e - PTFE chamber, Methods: Forty - eitht New Zealand on which facial nerve defect models were established were randomly derided into experimental and control groups, e - PTFE had been used to bridge the defect of facial nerve with Schwann cell autotransplant in the chamber in experimental group, but Schwann cell autotransplant was not used in control group . Effects of the facial nerve regeneration were compared between the two groups. Results- Facial nerve regeneration was better and the conductive speed of facial nerve was faster in experimental group in different time points than that in control group. Conclusion: e- PTFE chamber combined with Schwann cell autotransplant can promote the facial nerve regeneration and is superior to single e- PTFE chamber in speed and quality.
