摘要
目的观察防晕船口服液在海上预防晕船时对晕船高敏者血浆血管加压素和血清胃泌素水平的影响。方法在登陆艇上进行双盲对照试验,40名晕船高敏者分为2组,分别于开船前30 m in服用安慰剂(对照组)和防晕船口服液(试验组),用放射免疫法测定航渡前后受试者血浆血管加压素和血清胃泌素水平,记录受试者出现的晕船症状并评分。结果试验组晕船症状评分和对照组相比显著降低(4.80±0.69分υs7.12±0.28分,P<0.01),恶心呕吐症状评分降低更为明显(1.45±0.46分υs3.70±0.42分,P<0.01)。航渡前两组受试者血浆血管加压素(24.06±2.29υs24.54±1.76 ng/L)和血清胃泌素(51.80±8.32υs50.36±8.14 ng/L)水平差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);航渡后试验组血浆血管加压素(29.55±2.40 ng/L)明显低于对照组(37.98±2.86 ng/L),血清胃泌素(73.11±12.10ng/L)水平显著高于对照组(40.38±5.99 ng/L)。在对照组,航渡后血浆血管加压素水平显著升高,血清胃泌素则有所降低,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在试验组,航渡后血浆血管加压素和血清胃泌素水平较航渡前均有所升高,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论防晕船口服液具有明显的预防晕船作用,其抗运动病机制可能与降低血浆血管加压素水平和提高血清胃泌素水平有关。
Objective To observe the influence of “prevent-sick syrup” on the plasma vasopressin and serum gastrin levels in volunteers with high sea-sickness susceptibility. Methods A double-blind, controlled trial was carried out on a landing craft on the open sea. 40 volunteers with high sea-sickness susceptibility in their first sea voyage were divided into two groups, control group and test group, orally ingesting placebo syrup and “prevent-sick syrup” respectively half an hour before the sea voyage. The blood samples were obtained in the two groups before and after the voyage, and the plasma vasopressin level and serum gastrin level were analyzed with radioimmunoassay. Meanwhile,the symptoms of seasickness were recoded. Results The scores of all symptom categories in the test group were significantly lower than those of the control group, especially the nausea and vomit scores. The plasma vasopressin level( 24.06 ± 2.29 ng/L vs 24.54 ± 1.76 ng/L, P 〉 0.05 ) and serum gastrin level(51.80±8.32 ng/L vs 50.36±8.14 ng/L,P 〉0.05) were similar in two groups before the voyage. However, after voyage the plasma vasopressin level of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(29.55 ±2.40 ng/L vs 37.98±2.86 ng/L, P =0.03 ) ,and the serum gastrin level in the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group( 73. 11 ± 12.10 ng/L us 40.38 ± 5.99 ng/L, P =0.02). In the control group, the plasma vasopressin level increased significantly after the voyage, but the serum gastrin level did not change much before and after the voyage. There was no significant difference in plasma vasopressin and serum gastrin levels before and after voyage in the test group. Conclusions The “prevent-sick syrup” is effective in preventing sea sickness and its prophylactic effect of kinetosis may due to its down-regulation of plasma vasopressin level and up-regulation of serum gastrin level.
