Research on Factors Influencing Ester-hardened Sodium Silicate Sand Properties

针对酯硬化水玻璃砂的使用情况,采用正交试验法,初步研究分析了水玻璃加入量、有机酯加入量及型砂水分含量对有机酯硬化水玻璃砂影响,对实际生产中合理有效的应用有机酯有一定的指导意义.

The use of ester-hardened sodium silicate sand affected by the sodium content ,the ester content and the water content was studied and analyzed by orthogonal experiment . It is instructive for making reasonable and effective use of ester-hardened sodium silicate sand.
