摘要
桂林1号强化粉的应用,使砂型铸造的型、芯砂的多种工艺性能得到提高,特别是提高了型砂的风干(表干)强度和热湿拉强度,从而铸件的表面质量得到了有效地提高,并且降低了气孔、夹砂、裂纹等缺陷的产生,同时降低了工人的劳动强度,简化了工艺过程.
When using Guilin No. I agent,many technological properties of molding and core sands can be improved ,especially air-dried strength and wet tensile strength, so as to effectively increase casting surface quality and lower the defects of blowholes, sand scabs and cracks. Besides, it also lower the labour working stress and simplifies technological process.
