摘要
用赤霉酸(GA_3)点滴法在幼苗期对3种谷子矮秆突变体CH84113、矮宁黄、623C及3种栽培品种昭谷1号、冀谷11号和青丰谷的GA_3敏感性进行了研究,发现除CH84113外,其它品种都对外源GA_3产生了反应,叶片和叶鞘显著伸长。用酶联免疫测定法(ELISA)对处理后植株的地上部分的内源激素含量进行了测定,结果表明,GA_3处理使各植株地上部的GA_(1/3)和IAA的含量显著提高,ABA的含量显著降低;GA_(4/7)、iPAs、ZRs和DHZRs含量的消长则因品种的不同而异。
Seedlings of millet (Setaria italica Beauv.) dwarfs CH84113 screened from Zhaogu 1 (ZGI), Aininghuang (ANH) screened from Jigu 11 (JG11), 623C and three cultivars ZG1, JG11 and Qingfenggu (QFG) were treated with 10 mg/L GA_3 by micro-drop method. The results showed that except CH84113, the length of leaf blade and sheath of the other two dwarfs and the cultivars were increased. The contents of endogenous GA_(1/3), GA_(4/7), IAA, ABA, iPAs, ZRs and DHZRs in shoot of plants treated with GA_3 were determined by seven kinds of enzyme linked immuno-sorbent assays(ELISA). It was found that exogenous GA_3 elicited a higher level of GA_(1/3) and IAA, but an obvious lower level of ABA. The changes of GA_(4/7), iPAs, ZRs and DHZRs concentrations were different from variety to variety.
