摘要
利用减蛋综合征(EDS)病毒凝集红细胞的特性,进行了EDS病毒血凝谱的研究。结果EDS病毒能凝集鸡红细胞,但不凝集鹌鹑红细胞。试验筛选出EDS病毒凝集红细胞的最佳条件。它凝集鸡、鸭红细胞的滴度不受温度(4~37 C)和pH值(5.8~8.0)的影响。鸡源(NE_4株)和鸭源(JE_1 株)的EDS病毒都能凝集鸡、鸭、鹅的红细胞。经氯仿、偏重亚硫酸钾、过碘酸钾处理后,NE_4株的血凝滴度比JE_1株高。解脱试验表明NE_4株凝集红细胞的能力比JE_1 株强,尤其在pH9.2的条件下,两者差异显著。
The property of EDS virus(EDSV) to hemagglutinate red blood cell (RBC) was studied. It was found that EDSV could hemagglutinate chicken RBC, but not quail RBC. Optional situations of EDS virus hemagglutinating RBC were screened, EDS virus hemagglutinating duck RBC and chicken RBC were not influenced by temperature(4~37 C) and pH value (5.8~8.0). From the analysis of the properties of HA of the NE_4 strain and the JE_1 strain of EDS viruses, it was found that the two strains could hemagglutinate RBCs of chicken, duck and goose. Treated with chloroform, potassium metabisulfite, potassium periodide, the titer of NE_4 strain HA was higher than that of JE_1 strain HA. From the extraction experiments. NE_4 strain HA was stronger than that of JE_1. The differences of the strains HA at pH 9.2 were especially obvious.
