摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯为内标物,对复合型除草剂稻草敌可湿性粉剂中的有效成分进行定量分析,该方法对稻草敌的主要成分敌草强和苄磺隆进行定量分析的变异系数分别为O.62%和0.74%,回收率分别为99.73%和99.24%,其线性相关系数均为0.9999。
The quantitative analysis of compound-formed herbicide, the wettable Daocaodi was taken by the high performance liquid chromatography and by using isolioctyl phthalate for internal standard. Results showed that variation coefficients of Daocaodi and Londax were 0.62% and 0.74%, with the recoveries of 99.73% and 99.24% for Daocaodi and Londex respectively. The coefficient of linear correlation was 0.999 9.
