摘要
在对核桃破裂进行试验和理论分析的基础上,研制了核挑剥壳机,提出了双齿盘-弧齿板式剥壳原理及最优设计参数,并进行试验验证。结果表明,理论分析与试验结果是一致的。
The walnut shucking machine was developed on the base of analysing the rupture of walnut through experiments. It was proposed the shucking principle of double serrated plate and arc-slat as well as optimic parameters which had been testified. It was stated that the trical result accorded with the theoretical analysis.
