摘要 以质量分数为30%的H2O2作氧化剂,在没有任何有机溶剂或助催化剂存在的情况下,考察了环境友好催化剂催化苯甲醛氧化合成苯甲酸的活性.结果表明,磷钨酸在苯甲醛氧化合成苯甲酸的过程中显示了较高的催化活性.采用均匀设计法寻找反应的最佳条件是:n(苯甲醛)∶n(H3PW12O40)∶n(H2O2)=100∶0.7∶350,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为4 h时,苯甲酸收率为83.46%. Using w =30% aqueous hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, and without any organic solvent and cocatalyst,the oxidation of benzaldehyde to benzoic acid catalyzed by environment friendly catalyst was investigated. The result indicated that phosphotungstic acid is an excellent catalyst for oxidation of benzaldehyde to benzoic acid while the uniform design in carrying out the experiment and the most optimal reaction conditions was as follows: When n (benzaldehyde) : n ( H3 PW12 O40 ) : n ( H2 O2 ) = 100 : 0.7 : 350, reaction temperature was 75 ℃ and reaction time 4 h, the yield of benzoic acid amounted up to 83.46%.
