摘要
研究了在盐酸介质中,微量尿素对亚硝酸根催化过氧化氢氧化亚甲基蓝褪色的阻抑作用,通过测量660nm处吸光度的变化,建立了测定痕量尿素的阻抑动力学光度分析的新方法.在最佳实验条件下,测定尿素的线性范围为0.1~2.0μg/25mL,检出限5.4×10-10g/mL.此方法用于废水中痕量尿素的测定,结果满意.
A new catalytic inhibition kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of micro amounts of urea has been developed. The method is based on the inhibition effect of urea on the nitrite catalyzed oxidation of methylene blue by hydrogen peroxide in dilute hydrochloric acid medium. The absorbance is measured at 660 nm. Under the optimum conditions, the linear range of determination is 0. 10 - 2.0 μg/25mL. The detection limit is 5.4 ×10^-0 g/mL. The method is applied to the determination of urea in waste water with satisfactory results.
