文章比较了YACs、BACs、PACs和M ACs的主要特点,综述了细菌人工染色体的构建及其在基因组文库构建和基因功能分析等方面的广泛应用.
This paper described the main characteristics of yeast artificial chromsomes （YACs）. Bacterial artificial chromsomes （BACs）. P1 -derived artificial chromsomes （PACs） and mammalian artificial chromsomes （MACs）. and reviewed the development and application of bacterial artificial chromsomes.
