从中小学体育课现状谈体育保健学教学改革

The Teaching Reform of Health Science in Exercise on the Basis of Studying the P.E.Teaching State in Middle and Primary Schools

采取问卷调查的形式对安徽、江苏、山东三省的中小学体育课教学情况作了调查.发现在体育课堂上,教师在伤病预防和伤病简单处理方面做得还不足.提出高等师范院校体育保健学教学方法进行改革的必要,并提出在理论教学和实践教学中的具体改革措施,提高学生综合运用知识的能力.

The author has investigated the P.E. current teaching state in middle and primary schools of Anhui, Jiangsu and Shangdong province by questionnaire. It is found that P.E. teachers of middle and primary schools have not enough knowledge on sports injury prevention and injury proposal. In view of this situation, this article puts forwards that it is necessary for normal colleges to reform the teaching methods of health science in exercise. Meanwhile, the article advances specific reform approaches used in theoretical and practical teaching of this course in order to improve students＇ comprehensive ability.
