两种方法治疗膝关节脱位韧带损伤

Treatment of ligament injuries caused by knee dislocation with two different methods

目的:观察关节镜下和切开关节两种方法治疗膝关节脱位韧带损伤的疗效。方法:1994-2003年共治疗13例膝关节脱位,其中7例切开关节修复和重建前、后交叉韧带,同时处理关节内合并伤(A组),6例应用关节镜技术修复和重建前、后交叉韧带,同时处理关节内合并伤(B组),观察两组的治疗效果。结果:按Lysholm膝关节评分标准,A组在术后3、6个月及1年的膝关节平均评分为47、70、76,而B组在术后同期的平均评分为61、86、91。结论:关节镜下治疗膝关节脱位韧带损伤有疗效好、关节功能恢复快的优点。

Objective： To study therapeutic effects of two methods （arthroscopie operation and open surgery） in the treatment of ligament injuries caused by knee dislocation. Methods： Thirteen patients with knee dislocations were treated from 1994 to 2003, of which 7 patients were treated with open surgery （Group A） and 6 with arthroscope operation （Group B） to repair and reconstruct anterior erueiate ligaments, posterior erueiate ligaments and associated injuries. The clinical results of the two groups were evaluated. Results： According to Lysholm criteria of knee joint function, the average score of Group A was 47,70,76 at 3rd, 6th and 12th months after operation, and Group B were 61,86,91 respectively. Conclusion： The athroscopie method possesses better effect and can produce a rapid recovery.
