摘要
漏放气速率是评价高真空多层绝热杜瓦性能的一个重要指标。运用静态升压法对国内某厂家生产的210L杜瓦的漏放气速率进行测量,绘制了夹层压力随时间的变化曲线,测得总漏放气速率为2.0×10-8Pa.m3s/,仅为国标值的1.0%,完全满足实际应用要求。根据试验结果,分析了环境温度的影响,并指出杜瓦的绝热材料和预处理工艺是杜瓦达到高保温性的主要原因。
Leakage and degassing rate is an important parameter to evaluate the performance of high vacuum multi-layer insulated dewar. Based on static pressurizing method, the leakage and degassing rate of a dewar of 210 L was measured. A profile showing the chamber vacuum level as a function of time was obtained, with a result of 2.0× 10^-8 Pa · m^3/s which is only 1.0% of Chinese Standard that can satisfy the application requirement. According to the result, considering with the effect of environmental temperature, it is found that the insulation material and pre-treatment technology are the main reasons of high heat-insulating property of dewar.
