表皮生长因子抑制生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的实验研究

Prevention of Genital Track Infection from Chlamydial trachomatis by Epidermal Growth Factor

目的探讨表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)对生殖道沙眼衣原体(Chlamydial trachoma-tis,CT)感染的影响。方法制备CT生殖道感染小鼠模型。CT阴道感染后,随机分成实验组(n=24)和对照组(n=24),分别用EGF及生理盐水干预,比较不同时间各组CT感染率和阳性感染者阴道脱落菌量。结果CT感染动物模型制备成功;EGF干预组较对照组感染率明显下降;EGF组中阳性感染者阴道脱落菌量明显少于对照组。结论EGF能明显降低CT感染的发生率和降低CT的毒力,为预防生殖道CT感染开辟了新途径。

Objective To study the effect of epidermal growth factor （EGF） on genital track infection from Chlarnydial trachomatis （CT）. Methods Forty-eight 8-12 week-old mice were divided into 2 groups randomly： group A （control group） and group B （experimental group）. After the mice were infected with CT, group A were treated with saline and group B with EGF respectively. The CT shedding and the infection rate were studied. Results CT infection model was successfully set up. In experimental group, CT infection rate and CT shedding were significantly lower than in the control group. Conclusion EGF can successfully prevent the genital track infection from CT and reduce the toxicity of CT.
