摘要
油田注入水由于颗粒细微,粒径范围宽,颗粒浓度变化大,采用传统方法难以准确、快速测定水中颗粒粒度及分布特征.文章介绍利用Mastersizer 2000激光粒度分析仪测试注入水粒度的方法改进及参数确定.以蒸馏水为空白分散剂进行仪器背景测试,将分散剂替换为待测水样进行测试.该方法避免了空白分散剂对注入水水样颗粒形态及浓度的影响;消除了添加样品时产生大量气泡干扰.大量油田现场注入水样测试结果表明:采用2 000r/min搅拌速度,15 min的搅拌时间,根据颗粒粒径分布特征不同,样品遮光度在0.2%~50%的范围内均可获得准确测试结果.
The particle size of injection water of oilfield can not be measured accurately and quickly by the traditional method for the fine particle,broad size distribution and sharply changing concentration of water samples.This paper introduced the improved method for Mastersizer 2000 laser paticle characterization system to measure particle size of oilfield injection water.After the distilled water is used as the clean dispersant to measure a background,the sample replace the distilled water as dispersant to finish the measurement.the method avoid influence on particle size and concentration when the dispersant add into the sample.It eliminate the affection of gas bubble caused by the process of addition.A large amount of measurement on oilfielid wanter sample proved that the measurement can gain accurate results according to the various obscuration range of sample from 0.2%~50% under the condition of 2000r/min stir speed and 15 min stir time.
