摘要
用不同功率密度和时间的CO2激光辐照处理浙糯2号干、湿两种不同生理状态的种子。从L1代后期的主要农艺性状分析和L2的突变率考查表明,激光处理对L1代的株高、有效穗数、每穗后粒数、千粒重和单株粒重有一定刺激作用,L2代变异效应明显,除未发现叶绿素突变外,早熟、高秆、矮秆和不育等都有发生。总突变率为0.51-1.30%,其突变频率比y射线处理低,但其诱发的早熟突变频率较高,湿种子处理的突变颁率高于干种子。CO2激光对水稻诱变处理的适宜剂量是:功率密度为10-15W,湿、干种子分别处理3和4秒。
Zhenuo2riceseedswithtwodifferentphysiologicalstateswereirradiatedbyCO2laserindif-ferentpower-densityandradiationtimerespectivcly.ThestudyonmainagronomiccharaclersofL1generationandthemutationfrequencyofL2showedthatplantheight.effectivespikeperplant,grainNo.perpanicle.1000-grainweightandgrainweightperplantofL1generationwerestimulatedbyCO2lasertreatment.Therewerenoanycholorophyllmutationbutearlymaturity.long-stalk.dwarfandstcrilitymutationwereobservedinL2generation.TotalmutalionfrequencyofL2generationwerefrom0.51to1.30percent.andmutationfrequencyofwetseedsirradiatedbyCO2laserwerehigherthanthatofdryseeds.Accordingtotheseresults,wethinkthatitisthebettermutagenicdoseofCO2lasserforustoirradiatericeseedswithpower-densityfrom10-15W/cm2andradiationtimefrom3to4seconds.
