摘要
采用Fenton试剂对高化学需氧量(CODCr)、高色度及高盐度酵母废水进行了氧化预处理,考察废水组成的变化,发现体系在初始pH值为2.5,温度为25℃,H2O2用量为600mg/L,Fe2+用量为200mg/L,反应时间为90m in的条件下,废水CODCr从15 700mg/L降至3 100mg/L,色度从1 600倍降至16倍,废水的可生化性BOD5/CODCr值由0.17升高到0.46,而且CODCr去除率与色度去除率存在一定的线性关系.GC/MS分析结果表明,Fenton试剂氧化改变了酵母废水中多酚类化合物、焦糖化合物及美拉德色素等难降解物质的结构,使酵母废水容易降解.
The oxidation pre-treatment of yeast wastewater with high colour, salinity and CODcr was carried out using Fenton reagent. By investigating the composition variation of the wastewater, it is found that the CODcr and the colour removal of the wastewater decrease respectively from 15 700 mg/L to 3100 mg/L and from 1600 units to 16 units when the oxidation pre-treatment is carried out at 25 ℃ for 90min, with an initial pH of 2.5, a H202 mass concentration of 600 mg/L and a Fe^2+ mass concentration of 200 mg/L, while the BOD5/CODcr ratio increases from 0.17 to 0.46. Moreover, a linear relationship between the colour removal and the CODcr is revealed. The results of GC/MS analysis indicate that the chemical oxidation by Fenton reagent changes the structures of some refractory substances such as caramel, melanoidins and polyphenol, thus making the biodegradation feasible
