摘要
用六头湖羊按3x3复拉丁方设计,比较研究了氨化稻草日粮中甲醛处理菜籽饼和豆饼蛋白质的利用效率。试验日粮D-I、D-Ⅱ和D-Ⅲ均包含600g氨化稻草和100g混合精料为基础料,并等氮补充不同的蛋白源:D-Ⅰ补充200g甲醛处理菜籽饼(TRSM);D-Ⅱ补充100gTRSM和95g甲醛处理豆饼(TSBM);D-Ⅲ补充190gTSBM。各日粮间在干物质、有机物质和精蛋白质的消化率、可消化氮利用率以及氮的沉积率上均无显著差异(P>0.05).各日粮间氮和干物质的瘤胃降解率相同,瘤胃液氨态氮浓度也没有发现日粮间的明显差异。饲喂D-Ⅰ日粮的试羊,血浆游离氨基酸和必需氨基酸浓度略高于采食日粮D-Ⅱ和D-Ⅲ的试羊,但三者间差异不显著(P>0.05).综上所述认为作为氨化稻草日粮的蛋白质补充料,甲醛处理菜籽饼与处理豆饼具有相同的蛋白质利用效率。
SixHu-sheepwereusedinadouble3×3Latinsquaredesigntoevaluatetheefficiencyofutil-izationofnitrogen(N)fromformaldehyde(HCHO)-treatedrapeseedmeal(TRSM)incomparisonwiththeHCHO-treatedsoybeanmeal(TSBM).Allthree.experimentaldiets(D-Ⅰ.D-ⅡandD-Ⅲ)con-tained600gammoniabicarbonate-treatedricestrawand100gconcentratemixture.Theyweresupple-mentedisonitrogenouslywithTRSMand/orTSBM.200gTRSMindietDⅠ,100gTRSMplus95gTSBMindietD-Ⅱand190gTSBMindietD-Ⅲ,respectively.Therewerenosignificantdifferencesamongdietsinapparentdigestibilityofdrymatter,organicmatterandcrudeprotein.efficiencyofutiliza-tionofthedigestibleNandNretention(P>0.05).TherumendegradationofNfromdietD-Ⅰwassimi-lartothatfromdietD-ⅡorD-Ⅲ,Averageammonia-NconcentrationsintherumenfluidofanimalsfeddietD-ⅠwerenotdifferentfromthoseondieD-ⅡorD-Ⅲ(P>0.05).ThelambsreceivingdietD-ⅠhadslightlyhigherconcentrationsofplasmafreeaminoacidsandessentialaminoacidsthanthoseondietD-ⅡorD-Ⅲ,butthedifferencerevealednostatisticalsigniftcance(P>0.05).ItisconcludedthattheHCH0-treatedrapeseedmealcancomparefavourablywiththetreatedSBMintermofthenutrientsdigestibilityandNutilization,whengivenasaproteinsourcetosheepreceivingammoniated.ricestraw.
