摘要
采用RIA法,测定7只性成熟雌性蓝孔雀16个每3h采集血浆样品中的17β-E2水平,用以研究其昼夜变化节律。结果表明,7只孔雀血浆17β-E2平均测定值在傍晚时最高,为969.3±39.6pg/mL(P<0.01),而在午夜时,其测定平均值最低,为264.4±71.6pg/mL(P<0.01);7只孔雀的血浆17β-E2测定值日波动规律相似,基本上是从傍晚开始下降,到午夜达到最低,然后逐渐上升,到中午后达到最高。尽管由于采样应激,第2天血浆17β-E2测定值比第1天低,但是波动规律仍然相一致。因此,孔雀血浆17β-E2测定值在一天内随昼夜变化,且呈现一定的规律波动。
Values of 17β-E2 of the plasma of 7 blue peacocks were measured by RIA,and the 16 plasma specimens were taken out per 3 h during two days.The results showed that average value of plasma 17β-E2 of 7 peacocks was the highest at dusk(969.3±39.6pg/mL)and the lowest at midnight(264.4±71.6pg/mL).Values of plasma 17β-E2 of 7 peacocks had change laws during a day,that it began to fall from dusk to the lowest at midnight,While gradually rose to the highest after midday.The value of plasma 17β-E2 was lower inthe second day than the first day,but change laws were similar.Change of value of plasma 17β-E2 on blue peacock has a regular rhythm during day and night.
