摘要
针对传统项目管理所存在的局限性,以遗传性项目管理知识领域为基础,提出了一种组织结构优化的新方法——基因组方法。系统地阐述了基因组方法实施的前提条件和实施步骤,为企业提高项目管理水平,进行项目管理方法的创新打开了一个新的思路。
The paper advances a new method for optimizing the organization structure——genome method, which is aimed at the limitations of traditional project management and is based on hereditary program management knowledge. The paper presses the precondition and the enforcement step in a systematic way. It creates a new thought for heighten the management level and make innovations in the program management methods.
