摘要
建设项目的代建制管理模式在政府投资公共工程项目的建设管理中发挥了积极的作用,同时也暴露出一些普遍性问题。文章结合工程实际,提出进一步完善代建制度的几点建议,以资借鉴。
Construction Agent System （CAS） mode plays an active role in government investment public works project management. Simultaneously, there exist some universal problems in the operation process of experimental projects that adopt CAS mode. Combining with project practice, the article puts forward some suggestions which help to perfect Construction Agent System （CAS） for reference.
