以系统监测资料及分析结果为基础,针对清镇奶牛示范牧场(QDF系统)管理中存在的问题,提出了系统优化方案。QDF优化系统与原系统相比,全年补饲总量每年每公顷减少了1128.1kg(DM),其中精料补饲量,由原来占补饲总量的72%减少到5%;补饲成本,由原来占可变成本的67%减少到27%;单位面积产出的畜产品数量,由每年每公顷491.3APU提高到608.8APU;在不考虑价格因素的情况下,优化系统每公顷草地的销售毛利相当于原系统的3.7倍,若考虑涨价因素,则为后者的5.5倍。

Based on the monitoring information and analysis, the strategy of system improvement was put forward to resolve the management problems for QDF system. Compared with the QDf current system, the total supplements for QDF new system decreased 1128.1 kgDM/hm^2/Yr., and the ratio of concentrates to the total supplements decreased from 72% to 5%; The ratio of supplement costs to variable costs decreased from 67% to 27%; The number of animal product units (APU) increased from 491.3 to 608.8 APU/hm^2/Yr. If not considering the inflation, the gross margin per hectare for the improved system was 3.7 times that of the current system, but the former was 5.5 times that of the later as considering the inflation.
