摘要
多数建筑企业尤其是未经历诉讼的企业不清楚法律风险,如何规避企业的法律风险是企业的一个难题。文章从法律风险防范的角度为建筑企业构建一个法律保障机制提供有益的探索。
Most constmction enterprises, especially those have not undergone the lawsuits, are actually not clear of the law risk. How to evade the law risk of the enterprise is a hard work to them. Therefore, this paper emphasizes, from the point of view keeping away the construction business enterprise law risk to construct them a law guarantee mechanism to provide the beneficial seeking.
