摘要
对上海市9所高校3印名研究生课外体育锻炼、体育动机、体育兴趣以及影响研究生体育行为的因素等进行了调查研究。研究表明:研究生的体育意识较强,但体育意识与行为之间不一致;学校体育场馆收费相对较高制约了研究生进行课余体育锻炼;在一些项目的选择上,则反映出性别特征、爱好、兴趣等方面的差异。
Through the questionnaires, the paper makes an investigation and analysis of extra -curriculum physical exercises, motives for sports, interest in ports, and factors influencing sports involvement of 360 postgraduates from 9 colleges and universities in Shanghai. The results show postgraduates＇ sports consciousness is strong, but it is not accordance with their sports involvement. It is also revealed in the results that high charges for the use of stadiums and sports grounds prevent postgraduates from doing sports after class, and that they take part in sports according to their personality, hobbies and interest as well.
