摘要
利用光栅干涉原理进行船体扭转变形的测量。有别于传统干涉条纹的信息处理方法,提出了对条纹信息提取求船体扭转变形角的两种方法-条纹倾角法和条纹宽度法。条纹倾角法理论公式与测量坐标系中光栅的位置有关,针对光栅的所有位置关系分析,建立了条纹倾角法的统一公式;条纹宽度法理论公式与两光栅在测量坐标系中的位置无关,条纹宽度法的实验结果表明,变形误差为1.7″,证明测量原理正确,条纹处理方法精度可靠。
Two methods, method of fringe inclination and method of fringe width, are put forward to calculate boat's torsion based on principle of grating interference. Information of interference fringe was processed differently from traditional ones. The theoretical formula of method of fringe inclination is related to position of two gratings in coordinates. According to all positions of gratings, uniform forlnula is established. The theoretical forlnula of method of fringe width is independent of position of two gratings in coordinates. Simulative experimental result shows torsion error is 1.7″.
