摘要 21世纪伴随着终身教育浪潮的到来,教师职后教育的重要性日益凸显。针对当前我国职后教育存在的弊端,从教育制度、教育模式、教育内容、教学方法、评价体系几方面进行探索,以促进教师专业化发展的职后教育体系的构建。 Following the arrival of the life - long education tide in the 21st century, the importance of after - employment education is prominent day by day. To counter the drawback of the present after - employment education, The writer explores the truth from the education system, educational pattern, education content, teaching method and evaluating system, By doing this, the writer comes up with the idea to build up an after - employment education which brings about an advance in teacher specialization.
