抗战时期陈云大后方组织建设思想探析

A Study on Chen Yun's Thought of the Party's Organizational Construction in the Rear Areas During the Anti-Japanese War

抗战时期,陈云立足于10年内战时期我党在白区工作的惨烈教训,批评了许多同志不安心大后方工作的急躁情绪;提出了党在大后方“长期埋伏、积蓄力量、以待时机”的基本任务;对大后方党的组织建设进行了详尽深入的论述,为我大后方党组织在险恶的白色环境中保存并壮大做出了不可磨灭的贡献。

During the Anti-Japanese War, basing on the past bitter lessons in the rear areas, Chen Yun criticized the rashness that many comrades working there had towards their work, and proposed that three basic tasks for the Party＇s underground work should be observed as, firstly, long-term ambush; secondly, reserving strength, and thirdly, awaiting chances. He also expounded on the organizational construction of our party＇ s in the rear areas, which contributed irreplaceahly to the reservation and growth of our party＇s underground work in the terrifying environment of the rear areas.
