近年来,随着我国高职教育的迅速发展,一方面,高职数量不断增加,一些高职学校的办学规模不断扩大,使更多的学生有机会接受高等教育;另一方面,高职学生管理工作中也存在许多不容忽视的新问题。本文从危机管理的角度来分析高职学生的管理工作,分析其危机产生的原因及特点,并提出其危机应对策略。
