柔肝清眩汤治疗高血压73例临床疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Rouganqingxuan Decoction on 73 Cases of Hypertension

目的观察中药柔肝清眩汤的降压作用、对高血压病患者临床症状的改善情况及其临床用药的安全性。方法143例随机分为口服柔肝清眩汤的治疗组和口服吲达帕胺片的对照组。观察治疗前后的血压水平、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)等生化指标和中医症状的变化。结果治疗组的降压总有效率与对照组相比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),但显效率优于对照组(P<0.05);临床症状疗效治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);TC、TG有所降低(P<0.01)。结论柔肝清眩汤可以有效降低高血压患者的血压,明显改善临床症状,未发现任何毒副作用。

To observe the effects of Rouganqingxuan Decoction （RD） on blood pressure and relieving symptoms in patients with hypertension and discuss its security. Method The patients （n=143） were randomly divided into the treatment group treated with RD orally and the control group treated with Indapamide Tablets orally. The blood pressure, changes of total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG） in serum and integrals of symptoms were observed before and after the treatment. Result There was no statistic difference in the total effective rate between two groups （P〉0.05）. The obvious effective rate and symptom relieving rate of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. The levels of TC and TG were decreased in the treatment group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion RD can depress blood pressure and relieve the symptoms of the patients without any side or toxic effects.
