朝医根据人的个体差异,把人分成太阳、少阳、太阴、少阴等四象,进行辩象施治。同时,根据药物的不同性质,将药物分成太阳人要药、少阳人要药、太阴人要药、少阴人要药等进行按象用药。若违背这一用药原则,会产生毒副反应或达不到治疗目的。
