Peng Xuefeng' s Striving for and Transforming Variegating Arms during the War against Japan Period

抗日战争时期,彭雪枫担任新四军的高级指挥员,为创建豫皖苏边抗日根据地做出了重要贡献。为了壮大抗日队伍的力量,彭雪枫非常重视对杂色武装的争取,并从制度上和思想上对杂色武装进行彻底地改造,从而使这些杂色武装真正变成了革命队伍。争取与改造杂色武装的成功是彭雪枫所领导的新四军游击支队迅速发展壮大的重要原因,并因此而对抗日战争产生了极为有利的影响。

During the War Against Japan Period, Peng Xuefeng served as senior commander of the New Fourth Army, and made important contribution in establishing anti-Japanese base area in the side of Henan Anhui Jiangsu province. For strengthening team of resisting against Japan, Peng paid much attention to strive for variegated arms, carried on the transformation completely to the variegated arms from the system and on the thought, thus made these variegated arms really tum into the ranks of the revolution. The success of striving for and transforming variegated arms became the important reason about the rapid development of the New Fourth Army guerrilla warfare that led by Peng.
