高校后勤是高校实现培养人才、创新知识与服务社会等繁重职责的重要保障体系之一。从大后勤的视角重新认识高校后勤的地位、职能与作用,以资产为纽带重构高校大后勤的机构体系,根据资产经营性、半经营性与非经营性的不同来调整与把握高校后勤社会化的方向与步骤,是高校深化后勤改革、实现高校后勤职能与作用的必由之路。

Rear service at colleges and universities is one of the important insurance systems, which can guarantee colleges and universities to fulfill their heavy responsibilities of nurturing talents, bringing forth knowledge and serving society. In order to deepen rear service reform and realize its function and effect, colleges and universities must re -understand its position, function and effect at colleges and universities in the perspective of general rear service, take the assets as a bond to reconstruct the organization system of general rear service, and adjust and grasp the directions and steps of its socialization according to the difference among commercial assets, semi -commercial assets and non-commercial assets.
